i previously stayed in columbia but this time it was a romantic getaway. the spacious king studio with a sofa bed was perfect, allowing us to relax comfortably. springhill suites exceeded my expectations with its lovely atmosphere and great breakfast options, making our stay memorable.

wifi was spotty during my stay.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast options were above average for a small stay. Staff members were friendly and accommodating. The location offers easy access to nearby attractions. A pleasant experience! 😊

During our stay, the AC struggled to handle the humidity levels, leaving the room uncomfortably damp. The bathroom design felt awkward, with the sliding doors lacking locks and an impractical layout that didn't offer enough privacy. The room also had inadequacies, like limited towel space and noise from adjacent rooms, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, breakfast options were uninspired, missing key items like oatmeal and a waffle maker, which would have been nice for a family meal.

The Springhill Suites By Marriott Columbia Fort Meade Area was exceptionally clean and modern, with a lovely decor that felt welcoming. The separate areas for the shower and toilet were incredibly practical, enhancing convenience for seniors like me.

Pool accessibility could be improved for seniors.

The air conditioning placement right next to the bed is unpleasant!!! The bathrooms need better lighting, making tasks annoying to manage comfortably!!!

This hotel suits me perfectly with free internet, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped me with printing during my first stay, which I appreciated. I’m coming back for Easter!

Family with children, decent place but could use some tweaks

The warm indoor pool was a nice touch, even if it was on the smaller side! The staff was friendly and helped us with directions, which made everything easier when traveling with kids.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but it was still acceptable for what we got.

The breakfast spread was also above average, much better than I expected! However, the only downside was that the breakfast options could have used more variety on weekends. Overall, I would definitely come back!

Just a decent option for a whistle-stop in Columbia with all in all brilliant value for money. The room had a nice layout that helped with our family's comfort during the stay. If you need extra amenities, be sure to ask ahead instead of assuming they'll be in the room.
